It was this topic I tried to reply to

http://community.sarosoftware.com/index.php?act=tdisplay&id=10&page=last

I also tried to edit my last post and it wouldn't let me.

Can I edit now?

Thank you for reporting these, these are exactly the kinds of things I want to get fixed and locked down before continuing on. I have fixed these issues on this board, so the next version will include these fixes. I didn't take a look at being unable to edit your post, are any errors produced, or does it simply say that you don't have permission to be on that page?

I hope you continue to use this system and report all bugs you find.

I just tried the edit and it works fine now.

There was no error when I tried before. It just took me to another page, but the edit didn't work.

I just tried to reply to this topic again

http://community.sarosoftware.com/index.php?act=tdisplay&id=10

and it still wouldn't accept my reply. However, there was no error this time.

Now when I try to post a new topic, I get this error

Notice: Undefined variable: errorArray in /mounted-storage/home45c/sub001/sc21473-GRUR/sarosoftware.com/community/pages/postTopic.php on line 180

Also, none of my personal info shows up on my profile.

Alright, I fixed the notice warning. Good catch on the personal info profile section. There was a decent problem I had overlooked on that page. It is now fixed and your information shows up.

I looked through the topic reply code and I don't see what could be causing it. Does it just redirect you to another page? Does it redirect you to the same topic reply page but with empty fields? Does it take you back to the topic, but just not contain your reply? Any information can help me track it down.

I just looked at my profile and still can't see any personal info showing up.

When I tried to reply to the other topic it took me to another page. There was no error, and there was nothing in the area where it normally says "Reply made successfully".

Thanks for the edit topic screen shot. That should be really helpful to track it down, I will let you know what I find. Regarding the Profile issue, that technically isn't an issue as it is a "feature". Click on the bar that says "Personal". I wrote it like that, because I figured in the future there would be more boxes, and it would take up a significant amount of screen space, so being able to collapse them would be nice. I'll mark down that the page should be reviewed, maybe a better idea can be found.

The Invalid character error is with a 3rd party add-on being used for syntax highlighting in bbcode. I will contact them and see what they say.

Ok, I see how it works now. Both forum activity and personal will collapse. Is personal supposed to be collapsed every time the profile is 1st viewed? I just checked it on both IE8 and Firefox and it is.

Are you planning on adding social networking features? Is that why there's a personal section?

When I was working on the profile page, the plan was to add social networking features (friends, track friend's posts, chat, etc). If you add a signature, the signature is also a collapsible section in the profile. (You can take a look at my profile). And yes, you are correct, it does not currently remember which element is expanded.
